• We welcome cats and dogs only, with a maximum of two pets per room, each weighing under 25 kg.
• Guests traveling with pets are kindly requested to review, sign, and submit the Pet Policy Agreement prior to arrival.
• Pests are also required to complete and return the Pet Registration Form before arrival, along with the following documentation:
- For Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Canine Cough, Parainfluenza, Bordetella. Poof of recent flea/tick treatment and up-to-date deworming
- For Cats: Rabies, Panleukopenia, Calicivirus. Proof of recent flea/tick treatment and up-to-date deworming
• Designated Pet-Friendly Areas, pets are permitted in the following areas: Lobby Deck, Lobby Garden, Porte Cochère, and Payangan Deck.
• Rates are subject to 21% service charge and tax.
• Rates are per room per night, subject to availability, seasonal variations, blackout dates and change without notice.
• The rate noted above is based on recent currency exchange data. The rate indicated on your confirmation is in the official hotel currency and you will be charged at that rate at check-out.
• A 100% non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
• The above benefits may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or exchanged for any other service or cash.
