Worst service ever
Worst service ever in 5 star hotel the staff were rude at the breakfast they refused to help and serve. And during check out they refused to bring the luggage to the car. Very very bad service
Birthday celebration
I have been for urban market brunch at ziya restaurant for my birthday celebration and the level of service provided was above and beyond I would like to thank entire ziya restaurant team for making my special especially to Mr hasan Mr qasim Ms Angena and Mr Esamm would love to visit over and over again
