Looked after by a wonderful team who made us feel really special. The views, food and atmosphere are only bettered by Thomas and his team. Special thanks to Emil and Nang, the other team members we great too but I forget their names. This hotel is famous for its other restaurants but in my view The Beach House is at least as good and in our case we found it better.

We have been loyal guests of this restaurant for quite some time, and it has always been one of our preferred places due to its excellent location and overall atmosphere, especially within a prestigious setting like Anantara. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have been increasingly disappointing, mainly due to noticeable lapses in management and service quality. One of the most concerning issues is the inconsistency between what is announced and what is practiced. Although it is clearly stated that the restaurant remains open until 1:00 AM, in reality, guests are often made to feel unwelcome well before closing time—particularly on quieter evenings. Music is abruptly turned off, bills are brought prematurely, and there is a clear sense of being rushed to leave. Even more troubling is the way closing procedures are handled while guests are still present. Staff begin cleaning activities around occupied tables, including removing cushions, clearing tables noisily, and even transporting large garbage bags directly past seated guests. This creates an uncomfortable and, frankly, unpleasant dining environment. Such tasks should only be carried out after closing time, not while customers are still enjoying their evening. On one occasion, despite the beach seating area officially being open, the cushions had already been removed. When we requested them, they were brought back reluctantly, and the staff’s attitude made it clear that our presence was not appreciated. This kind of behavior is both unprofessional and disappointing. Additionally, we have observed a decline in food quality during late dining hours. It often feels as though the kitchen is no longer operating at its usual standard, which further detracts from the experience. Basic table setups are also frequently incomplete—cutlery, salt, and olive oil are often missing and must be requested, which should not be the case at a restaurant of this level. We strongly believe that these issues stem from insufficient management oversight and a decline in service discipline. It is unfortunate, as this restaurant has great potential and is located in a high-quality establishment where such shortcomings should not occur. We hope that management takes these concerns seriously and implements the necessary improvements. Without proper attention, these issues may continue to drive loyal customers away.

We went for lunch today . In the past remember nice sunsets . The food is extremely overpriced and nothing was good . The burger was one of the worst burgers I had in my life : dry bread , hard meat and not tasty . The Greek salad we couldn’t eat it and the souvlaki was not tasty at all on top of the 140 aed cost . I’ve been in many restaurants in the UAE in my 13 years living here and this was one of the worst food quality in time for this prices . 7UP can 34 aed ?? Water 42 aed ?? Hello !! . We will never come back .
