The place and Wildlife is amazing 1. Food were our biggest disappointment, extremely expensive, nearly 200 for a club sandwich with a below average quality.. And 1 restaurant with VERY limited options. 2. BECAREFUL of the transportation, they are horrible, I have a 14, 000 bag, it got tired, scratched and full of stains, they just throw bags God knows where. I will never go there again. Unless the open the airport

We stayed at Al Sahel Villa for our honeymoon, expecting a private and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Before booking, we specifically confirmed that the villa would offer full privacy. However, during our stay, staff members passed directly in front of our swimming pool on two separate occasions while my wife was using it. This was extremely uncomfortable and not what we expected from a private villa experience. After the first incident, we raised the concern and were told a partition would be arranged. Unfortunately, no action was taken, and the situation happened again. The lack of follow-up was particularly disappointing. In addition, upon checkout, we noticed that our luggage had been scratched, which was not the case upon arrival. While the hotel offered to waive the safari charge, we do not feel this adequately reflects the overall experience, especially considering this was our honeymoon. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations in terms of privacy, service, or handling of guest concerns.

This is the place where a person connects with nature. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Safari impressed us, highly recommended, we saw a lot of animals. We also went to the beach. Love this place.
