Start your Anantara Spa Balancing Journey with a 60-minute Hatha Yoga session to bring balance into your body through proper ”breathing”. This is followed by a restorative 45-minute organic Aloe Vera wrap, a wonderful natural toner after a day out under the summer sun. For a perfect balance, the session will continue with a 45-minute recovery facial, leaving you feeling fresh and invigorated. A 90-minute deep tissue treatment completes the journey, relieving tension, improving blood circulation and leaving you feeling relaxed and stronger.
