Two-Day Wellness Programme
Improve your overall wellbeing through a programme that creates manageable goals for the short term. Practise yoga with our expert instructor as the sun rises over the resort. Treat your immune system to a boost with two courses of our wellness cuisine for lunch. A Balinese Spa Detox and Thai Herbal Compress will assist in cleansing your body.
Three-Day Wellness Programme
Transform your body through healing therapies and meditation. A tailored three-day programme includes yoga at sunrise to boost your body and spirit and gourmet lunch daily from our wellness cuisine menu.
Boost your immune system with a balancing or cleansing raw juice every day and benefit from therapeutic treatments such as the Balinese Spa Detox, Thai Herbal Compress and Mauwut Massage.
Experience a traditional wellness practice intrinsically connected to Balinese culture. Stemming from Ayurvedic wisdom, this ancient Hindu treatment has evolved over time and is customised to each person’s needs and age.
A unique full body massage combines warm ginger oil with pressure point techniques using fingers, thumbs, palms, knuckles and body weight to promote healthy circulation and energy flow, tone muscles, heal bones and nerve paths.
Balinese Spa Detox
Purify from the inside out with this energising detox treatment, which applies a blend of fresh organic herbs to the body using anti-cellulite massage techniques. Stimulate detoxification and breakdown cellulite. Enjoy a complimentary slimming spice mask to further enhance body revitalisation and skin rejuvenation.
Activate your body’s innate healing ability with the laying on of hands. Feel life force channelled through you by our Reiki practitioner. An excellent therapy for stress reduction and deep relaxation, just one session will leave you feeling at peace and content.
Practise Yoga with our resident Yoga instructor Pak Made. Rise with the sun for a revitalising start to the day. Relaxing sessions run on the Beach Lawn every Tuesday and Friday at 7.00 am. Perfect your Sun Salutations and Forward Bends and rid yourself of accumulated stress.
Classes are adapted to suit the ability of students and are available to everyone 8 years and older. Private sessions can be arranged.

Resident Yoga Instructor – Pak Made
Pak Made is a qualified instructor of Hatha Yoga and Asthanga Yoga. He received his formal certification from the Bali India Foundation Alliance.
Made believes in the power of Yoga because of the physical, emotional and mental benefits it has provided him. His classes provide the opportunity to learn Pranayama and Anuloma Viloma. Pak Made incorporates meditation to bring peace of mind.
