A native of Torino in northern Italy with familial roots in the south, Chef Valentino sharpened his skills for fifteen years in Italian kitchens across Europe and Asia, including stints at Grand Hyatt Hotel Shenyang, Rosewood Little Dix Bay Resort and Park Hyatt Seoul. Specialising in the cuisine of his heritage and influenced by his upbringing, he fuses culinary styles from the north and south of Italy.
