• "Anantara Spa Special" includes a free cancellation policy until 48 hours before Arrival (“Free Cancellation Deadline”). If the cancellation is done once the Free Cancellation Deadline has elapsed, i.e. less than 48 hours before Arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of stay, and no cancellations, or modifications will be accepted. For avoidance of doubt arrival shall be considered at latest at 18.00 hours. 
• To book the selected Spa treatment customers can contact the hotel before arrival or request the booking at the check-in. In case of cancellation or no-show once booked, the spa appointment will be considered canceled and will not be refunded.
