This October, discover dishes rich in tradition reinterpreted for the modern palate while enjoying our serene pond-side setting and a selection of beverages carefully crafted by the Punjab Grill team to complement their award-winning food.

The nine-course vegetarian menu captures the imaginative spirit of Punjabi cuisine in such dishes as aloo cranberry tikki; peri- peri tofu; marinated broccoli florets scented with mace, green cardamom and saffron; and Portobello mushrooms braised with cardamom in yoghurt gravy and served with truffle cheese kulcha.

The non-vegetarian menu stars such dishes as Malabar crab cutlet; grilled tiger prawns served with smoked tomato and red pepper relish; fish marinated with fresh herbs and spices; and New Delhi 24 carat butter chicken.

Balancing the heat from all the spices are ‘makhan malai’ milk foam dessert scented with green cardamom and saffron, and ‘mango bhapa dohi’ – steamed yoghurt served with fresh mango.
