One-Day Yoga & Wellness Retreat
Combine the health benefits of yoga with one of the most relaxing and invigorating massages available. Focus your mind on the task at hand with an hour-long yoga session to completely alleviate any stress and strains.
Follow that with a wonderful herbal steam and stress release massage. By the end of the treatment, you may feel like you’re floating on a cloud. Then enjoy a delicious, healthy meal with raw juice, to nourish your mind and body.
Three-Day Rejuvenate & Revitalise Programme
Relax, rejuvenate, and revitalise your mind and body with this three-day programme of yoga, pilates, steam treatments, massages, and flavourful nourishing foods.
Throughout the programme, you will be able to choose between yoga, Thai stretching, pilates, or Thai boxing, before enjoying a Thai herbal steam treatment to remove any impurities from your body. After this you will enjoy delicious and healthy foods, before either a foot massage or an Indian Head massage.

Five-Day Relax & De-Stress Programme
