SPICE SPOONS

Embrace traditional Thai cooking.

Relish the opportunity to immerse yourself in the renowned culinary culture of Thailand.

Visit a local market and learn about the seasonal produce of the island along with indigenous spices to use in your dishes. Different experiences are available as add-ons, whether you choose to make merit at a local temple or gain insight into crop cultivation at a nearby farm.

Refresh before your cooking class back at the resort, where you’ll be guided through the techniques of Thai cuisine and the specialities of the region. Master the art of Thai leaf-folding and set the table for a sumptuous spread of food.

After your chef-hosted meal, leave with wonderful souvenirs including a Spice Spoons apron, chopping board, bag and your certificate to proudly display at home.
