Luxury Dining at a Maldives Resort.

Born in Kerala, Chef Prabhash learnt traditional Indian cooking techniques and culinary secrets from his grandmother. He began his career with Taj hotels across India, before relocating to Dubai’s Jumeirah Emirates Towers and The Chedi Muscat in Oman thereafter. Working alongside Michelin-starred chefs, his horizons broadened to encompass regional Indian, Thai, Asian fusion, Arab, Italian, Mediterranean and European cuisines, culminating in a marriage of authentic home cooking and fine global flavours.

From the age of five, Chef Prabhash had become his mother’s kitchen helper. Watching his family cook formed the early roots that drove his culinary passion. Striving for excellence in every cuisine mastered, he combines fresh ingredients with traditional cooking methods for flavour authenticity, and draws on modern trends and creative presentation to conjure a sensorial feast. While he’s at home in the kitchen, the jovial chef is often seen regaling guests with stories and insights, making dining at Anantara Kihavah Villas a richly interactive experience.
