As of 1 April 2021 quarantine requirements for travellers arriving in Thailand from overseas are divided into three categories:
7-day quarantine: For vaccinated travellers who have been fully inoculated with a Thai government-approved vaccine.
10-day quarantine: For non-vaccinated travellers from low-risk countries.
14-day quarantine: For travellers from designated high-risk countries.

Can I cancel my booking?
No, bookings may not be cancelled, but you can make changes to your booking by contacting us at +66 2 365 9114.
Which countries are considered low-risk and are eligible for 10-day quarantine?
All countries that do not appear on the high-risk countries list are considered low-risk.
Which high-risk countries still require 14-day quarantine?
The high-risk countries are South Africa, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Botswana, Zambia, Kenya, Rwanda, Cameroon, Congo, Ghana and Tanzania. Please note that this list is subject to change at short notice.
What vaccines are approved by the Thai government for 7-day quarantine?
The Thai government has approved 7-day quarantine or all travellers who have been fully inoculated with vaccines from the following providers: Sinovac, AstraZeneca/Oxford, SK BIOSCIENCE AstraZeneca/Oxford, Pfizer/BioNTech, Covishield (Serum Institute of India), Janssen Pharmaceutical – Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, and Sinopharm. Please note that this list is subject to change at short notice.
Is proof of vaccination required?
Yes, you must present a vaccine certificate (original or printed copy) at the port of arrival. The certificate must show that you have been fully vaccinated for at least 14 days before your date of arrival.
Why do ASQ/ALQ guests have to stay in the hotel for one night longer than the designated quarantine period in some cases?
Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health requires ASQ/ALQ guests to quarantine according to the arrival time of the flights into Thailand.
If the flight arrives from 12.01 am – 6.00 pm this will be counted as Day 1 of the quarantine.
If the flight arrives from 6.01 pm – 12.00 midnight this will be counted as Day 0 of the quarantine.
What happens if ASQ/ALQ stays are no longer required on the date I am due to arrive in Thailand?
If ASQ/ALQ stays are no longer required by the Thai government on the date you are due to arrive in the country, you will be entitled to cancel and receive a full or partial refund on your advance payment. If the final required date for ASQ/ALQ stays falls during your ASQ/ALQ stay, you will receive a full or partial refund for all unused nights.
What happens if the required length of ASQ/ALQ stays is reduced before or during my stay?
If the required length of ASQ/ALQ stays is reduced by the Thai government you will receive a full or partial refund for all unused nights.
Do you provide a transfer service from the airport to the hotel?
Yes, we provide fully sanitised transfers from your arrival airport as part of our quarantine packages. Transfers from certain airports may incur an extra charge. Please check with the hotel for full details.
Are meals and breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided during every day of your stay
What happens if I test positive for COVID-19 during my stay?
In the event you test positive for COVID-19 you will be taken to hospital immediately for medical care.
Are ASQ/ALQ guests allowed to use the hotel’s swimming pool?
No, under ASQ/ALQ certification guests in quarantine are not allowed to enter the swimming pool for recreational use or exercising.
Are ASQ/ALQ guests allowed to receive visitors from outside the hotel?
No.
Can married couples share a hotel room?
Yes. A copy of the couple’s marriage certificate must be submitted when making the Government-approved quarantine package reservation.
Can families share a hotel room?
Yes, subject to the maximum occupants allowed per selected room or suite type. A copy of the parents’ marriage certificate must be submitted when making the Government-approved quarantine package reservation.
Can friends or unmarried couples share a hotel room?
No. Only married couples and families can share a room.
Do infants stay for free?
No. A supplement for infants up to the age of 3 years applies.
Are kids’ menus available for meals?
Yes.
Are pets allowed in hotel rooms?
No.
Can the COVID-19 virus travel from one guest room to another through the hotel’s air-conditioning system?
No. Under ASQ/ALQ certification all guest rooms have standalone air-conditioning units. Each room’s air-conditioning unit and filters are properly sanitised after the guest checks out.
