Director of Food & Beverage Dinesh Jayasanka

A well-established hotelier with over 20 years of food and beverage operation and team leadership experience, Dinesh oversees the operation of the three resorts’ diverse restaurants and bars, as well as its banqueting and catering services. Prior to joining our resort, he led the food and beverage teams of Anantara Kalutara Resort and Avani Kalutara Resort in Sri Lanka. Dinesh joined Anantara Hotels & Resorts in August 2012 as a restaurant manager in Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara, where he rose through the ranks to be in a position of leadership for teams in the Minor Hotels group both in the United Arab Emirates and Sri Lanka.
