This July, Anantara Bophut Koh Samui proudly welcomes Chef Kevin Romes — the visionary behind Switzerland’s two Michelin-starred Skin’s – The Restaurant — for an exclusive two-night gastronomic event.

For the first time in Thailand, Chef Romes will bring his globally acclaimed, minimalist cuisine to the shores of Koh Samui, reimagined with tropical flair and Anantara’s signature sense of place. Known for his precision, purity, and emotional depth, Chef Romes crafts each dish as a harmonious blend of artistry and technique.
