• Five treatments of minimum one hour or of the same value must be completed within a year to receive a free treatment.
• Advance reservations are required, subject to availability.
• Spa and Wellness loyalty card must be presented for each treatment.
• Spa loyalty program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and discounts.
• Bookings are not applicable during certain black-out dates.
• In order to confirm a reservation, guests must provide their credit card details via phone or email.
• For non-resident guests: 24 hours cancellation notice for any spa treatment to avoid 50% cancellation charge.
• For resident guests: 4 hours cancellation notice required to avoid 50% cancellation charge.
• Re-scheduling of treatments will be subject to availability.
• Minimum of 4 hours' notice is required.
