Every Wednesday, our experienced team hosts a guided tasting of delicately flavoured wild blossom raw honey from Chiang Rai; longan flower raw honey from the May harvest; and Raw & Real organic honey from Chumphon. Small-batch artisanal cheese from across Thailand and fine Thai wine carefully selected by our Sommelier complete the exquisite experience.
