• Pets are allowed to stay only in the Garden Terrace and Garden Terrace Suite room types.
• We can accommodate your pet in the room provided that your pet is a fully trained dog or cat only.
• Your pet must be kept on a leash when it is in the hotel or on hotel property unless it is in your room.
• Please do not leave your pet unattended. If you require pet supplies, please contact our Guest Service Centre with advance notice, at extension 0.
• We regret that pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, the health club and/or pool area.
• However, guide dogs and service dogs are, of course, always welcome.
• Pet guardians should pick up any “deposits” left by their pets on hotel property and in the neighborhood.
• Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not Inconvenienced.
• Please contact Housekeeping to arrange for a convenient time for servicing your room as no attempt will be made to enter if there is a pet in the room unless the owner is present.
• Above rate is subject to a 10% service charge and 7% applicable government tax.
• The rate quoted is per room per night, including discount, and is subject to seasonal variations, a cancellation policy and change without notice.
• The rates noted above is based on recent currency exchange data. The rate indicated on your confirmation is in the official hotel currency and will be charged at that rate on check out.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or package, and is non-exchangeable, transferrable nor redeemable for cash.
