- Rates are quoted per room, suite, or villa per night and are subject to availability, seasonal variations, blackout dates, and change without prior notice.
- Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 5% VAT, 4% municipality fee, and 4% tourism fee.
- The rate displayed on the confirmation is in the hotel's official currency and will be charged accordingly upon check-out.
- This offer is exclusively valid for new bookings made between 08 July 2026 and 22 July 2026, for stays between 08 July 2026 and 20 August 2026 (inclusive).
- The guaranteed villa upgrade is applicable only for eligible bookings made under this offer, provided the correct number of guests is entered at the time of booking and the applicable qualifying room category is reserved. Any additional upgrades beyond the promotional villa category remain subject to availability at check-in.
- Resort credit is applicable once per stay and varies by accommodation category booked:
- Deluxe Balcony, Deluxe Garden and Deluxe Terrace Rooms: AED 100 Resort Credit per room per stay.
- Anantara Suite and Two-Bedroom Family Suite: AED 150 Resort Credit per suite per stay.
- Pool Villas and higher villa categories: AED 200 Resort Credit per villa per stay.
- Resort credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be utilised during the stay.
- Resort credit cannot be used for third-party services, including Falcon & Saluki Shows, Polaris rides, horse riding, or photography services.
- Resort credit cannot be combined with any other direct booking credit benefits.
- Spa treatments, activities, and dining experiences are subject to availability and advance reservations.

- Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any cancellation received on the day of arrival, including no-shows, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's accommodation charges.
