OLIVE SEASON EXPERIENCE
Discover the story of the resort's olive trees on a guided tour led by our Mountain Insider. Learn about the cultivation and cultural significance of olives in Al Jabal Al Akhdar before planting your own olive tree as a lasting contribution to the grove.
Complete the experience with an olive-inspired Spice Spoons cooking class, followed by a three-course set menu showcasing seasonal dishes crafted around the region's finest olive produce.
