Pet Stay Guidelines

We are pleased to welcome your pet to the resort. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for all our guests, we kindly request that you take note of the following guidelines:

• We allow up to two pets (dogs or cats) per room, each weighing no more than 35 kg. Pets should be well-behaved and fully trained.
• Pets are welcome in our Junior Garden View Suite only.
• When you are outside your room, please keep your pet on a leash (maximum 1.8 metres) at all times.
• Please do not leave your pet unattended. Should you require pet supplies, feel free to contact our Guest Service Centre by dialling extension no. 0, and we will be happy to assist.
• For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, the health club, our spa, meeting rooms, lounges, or the pool area. Service animals are always welcome throughout the resort. 
• We ask you to kindly clean up after your pet around the resort and in the surrounding areas.
• A daily fee of THB 1,500++ per pet per room applies.
• A refundable deposit of THB 20,000 will be collected at check-in to cover any potential damage.
• To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that you minimise any noise from your pet, particularly barking, to avoid disturbing other guests.

Additional Information

• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
• The rate quoted is per room per night and includes applicable discounts. The rate may vary based on seasonality and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Currency conversions are for reference only. Charges will be in the hotel’s official currency at check-out.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
